About Cosanta Systems
The global supply chain is a workaround
for a problem we can now solve.
Factories, container ships, bonded warehouses, parts catalogues — the entire centralised manufacturing apparatus exists to compensate for a single missing capability: the inability to trust a remote machine to make the right thing, once, under the designer's authority, and never again.
Cosanta Systems is building that missing capability. Our cryptographic protocol turns every authorised production event into a single-use transaction between an IP holder and a specific physical machine. Instructions stream, execute, and are destroyed. No design file persists outside the originator's vault. What remains is a verifiable certificate of authority.
We begin with additive manufacturing and the high-value spare parts market — rail, aerospace MRO, automotive heritage, industrial equipment — where the cost of a missing part is measured in stalled assets, not shipping fees. From there, the protocol extends across every fabrication modality, until any authenticated machine, anywhere, can be commissioned to produce one authorised unit of one authorised design.
Parts will exist wherever they are needed, the moment they are needed. Cosanta is building the trust layer that makes that world possible.
