Aerospace
Machine-attested provenance for metal additive aerospace parts.
Our initial aerospace pilot is focused on titanium Laser Powder Bed Fusion components — actuator brackets, ducting clips, sensor housings — the secondary-structure category where metal AM has its strongest commercial-aerospace traction. Looking for OEMs, MROs, and lessors who want to add per-instance verification on top of their existing ATA Spec 2000 / FAA 8130-3 workflow.
Manufacturing on Inconel 718 or AlSi10Mg LPBF, EBM, or DED? We can configure for those too.
Public, machine-attested provenance — built on the standards you already file under.
Each certified part leaves the printer with a cryptographically signed certificate bound to the specific machine that produced it. Every transfer of custody — manufacturer to distributor, distributor to MRO, MRO to airline — appends a signed event to an append-only log that any buyer can replay against the latest published anchor.
Public verification is the centrepiece. Anyone holding a certified part can look up its full chain at cosanta.systems/cert with no login.
Aligned to the regulatory frameworks aerospace already operates under.
